C is assiduous, and over the course of the past three months, she has exhibited common sense, displayed patience, she is highly motivated, she is punctual and dependable, and she has a sparkling personality. She listens, is courteous, affable and funny, which makes having her home services fun, rather than a grind. She merits praise, as her experience, diligence and level of competency make her exceptioinal at what she does.

“In [Year Redacted] our special needs adult son, T, became critically ill and was hospitalized in ICU for approximately 10 weeks. Live saving measures included the insertion of a tracheostomy tube and the placement of a feeding tube. Both procedures became a permanent part of his life. As you can imagine from that point forward, T would need around the clock care. 

When the time came close for T to go home, T’s doctor, whom we think the world of and trust implicitly, said that he could not and would not send us home without home nursing care in place; as T would continue to need in-line suctioning throughout the day and overnight. After the order was written for such care, the hospice care manager assigned to T, got to work making phone calls to various nursing agencies. Little did the case manager know what a difficult task it was going to be to find an agency that would provide RN care for T. No one wanted to take the case for various reasons, staffing being the number one problem. 

The only agency that did not hesitate to say “yes” was Assured Health Care. The director of Assured was very positive and said the agency would absolutely provide the services needed for our son. T’s case manager was elated and spoke with us and set up the appointment for the director to meet with us for an assessment and devise a Care Plan for T. 

We could not have asked for a better agency or group of nurses to service our son’s needs. For over 8 years now, Assured Health Care has been with us every step of the way providing top notch nursing care, as well as support and understanding. All of T’s nurses are skilled registered nurses who are very efficient and understanding of T’s needs. They are responsible for his direct care, as well as, administering all of his medications and breathing treatments. 

We would whole heartedly recommend Assured Health Care to anyone who is in need of continual nursing services. The agency is professional from top to bottom and always makes the patient their number one priority. They have done an excellent job for us and have only provided nurses that are a good fit for T’s needs and situation. We value the Director and Staff of Assured; and, of course, T’s beloved nurses. We cannot even imagine what T’s life and ours would be like without the services and direction received from Assured Health Care.”
